Request a Bishop McNamara Catholic School Transcript

An official transcript of your BMCS academic record is available only through the Guidance Office. You may request a transcript online or in person.

Request a transcript online by filling out the online request form.

An email will be sent to verify your request. The Guidance Office will process all requests.

In-person

Request a transcript at Bishop McNamara Guidance Office. Bring the following:

• Your name, previous name(s) at the time of attending BMCS
• Address and Phone Number
• Address where BMCS Guidance will mail transcript
• Indication if the transcript must be in a signed and sealed envelope
• Request made in person can be paid by cash, credit card or personal check

Transcript Request Fees

Only transcripts sent directly from BMCS are considered official. The fee is $5, payable to Bishop McNamara Catholic School. All online or electronic transactions will be charged this amount. All financial and records obligations on a student's record must be cleared before a transcript will be released. The transcript will be mailed upon receipt of payment. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.
