Bradley Tuesday Folder Updates
October 21, 2025
Important Information
Trunk or Treat: Bishop McNamara House System is hosting a trunk or treat at the Kankakee site, Wednesday October 22nd. Trick or treating will be from 5-7pm!
Halloween: Friday, October 31st, students will celebrate Halloween! Students may wear their costumes to school on this day. Please note: No weapons or excessive face paint. No blood and guts. Please keep in mind that we have very young students who are frightened by scary Halloween costumes. If you are not sure, don't wear it! Be kind! Keep it fun!
The Halloween parade will begin at 9:30 am (with a short procession around the school). Student Council will hold a costume contest for those students in 3rd-5th grade. Classroom celebrations will begin at 10:00 am. Dismissal is at 11:30 am. Extended day is available.
PE Shoes: Please make sure your child brings appropriate shoes for PE class each week.
School Dress Code Reminders: Please remember that boots may not be worn during the day. Students may wear boots to school but will have to change them once inside. Athletic shoes and dress shoes are the two acceptable types of shoes that may be worn as part of the uniform.
Appropriate Outerwear: Please remember to send a sweater or jacket with your student each day, as the weather cools off temperatures can drop quickly and vary from day to day. Also, please label your student’s items, this helps us return lost or misplaced clothing to their owner!
